Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests received after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused — not displayed, not hung, and not worn
  • Undamaged — in its original condition, with no scratches, chips, or alterations
  • In its original packaging (if possible — we understand packaging is sometimes opened carefully, and that is fine, but items must be protected for return transit)

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.

How to start a return?

  • Email info@the-pinksoul.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the address to send the item to.
  • Securely package the item and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unannounced returns may be delayed or rejected.
  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels except in cases where the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. PNK is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

If the return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. This processing time is outside our control.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item arrived damaged.
