Processing Time

Orders are typically picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Information

Shipping is on us for all orders to the US over $75 USD.

All orders shipped to US addresses are fulfilled from our US based warehouse.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties (excluding US customers), which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods. Any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to our warehouse in order to receive a refund.

Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and regulations.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@the-pinksoul.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package has not arrived, please first check with neighbours and around your property. If it is genuinely missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
